Sally Sage is a South African botanical artist and illustrator living in False Bay. During the 80s and 90s she studied and worked in the graphic and interior design industries as an exhibition designer, graphic artist and then Illustrator. A love of creatures and plants both great and small has brought her full circle to the world of botanical art. Having joined Anne Harris’s art classes, Sally has immersed herself in the fascination and joyful world of depicting the detail and harmony of nature. Recently moved to the Western Cape her journey continues, highlighting the beauty and diversity of the magnificent floral kingdom.
